Carradine: Killed By "Kung Fu" Illuminatus?

David Carradine may have been killed by an illuminatus, a supposed enlightened one, even if the victim also turns out to be the perpetrator. Maybe he was murdered because he had become a "seeker"? Carradine, it appears, was investigating "secret societies." (See update at the end for the latest on the Carradine family's "Kung Fu" conspiracy angle.)

Not Illuminati, but illuminatus

By my reference to "illuminatus," I am not talking about the Illuminati, that Bavarian Order created by Adam Weishaupt (1748-1830) in 1776 that was stamped out in 1784. I am not a John Bircher, heaven forbid.

Look, the enlightened have been around for a long time.

Galileo's buddies in the Alumbrados had their run-ins with the Roman Catholic Church, and Weishaupt's Illuminati members had to deal with being banned by Karl Theodor after he became ruler of Bavaria.

Of course, revivals of groups using the name have taken place. These include the "Revived Bavarian Order of the Illuminati," established on March 12, 1901, by Leopold Engel (1858-1931). Then there are Aleister Crowley's sex-magick revivals. The Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) was founded by Theodor Reuss (1855-1923), and later restructured by Crowley (1875-1947), who used the word Illuminati as a grade of initiation within the organization.

John Carradine/David Carradine: OTO?

Here is where the Carradine name pops into the story.

In Craig Heimbichner's Blood on the Altar: The Secret History of the World's Most Dangerous Secret Society, it notes that the cofounder of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory Jack Parsons was the OTO's Agape Lodge cofounder. The OTO, he characterizes, as a group involved in sex-magick, pedopilia, and other tales of power and perversion. (BTW, agape is Greek for "brotherly love.")

Heimbichner observes (p. 121), "His Agape Lodge was affiliated with many Hollywood writers and actors, including John Carradine, father of [David] the star of "Kung Fu" and the cinematic blood-geyser Kill Bill. The elder Carradine read one of [Aleister] Crowley's poems at the inauguration of the Agape Lodge No. 2 in 1935." (Author Heimbichner also mentions actors Dennis Hopper and Dean Stockwell, and filmmaker Kenneth Anger, as Thelemites, the term for OTO members.)

Two of the OTO's most famous: Jack Parsons's girlfriend, Marjorie Cameron and Dennis Hopper.

Indeed, the Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) is easily researchable online, as clearly having ties with many people, from the actor John Carradine to the gay activist Harry Hay.

The groundbreaking 2000 book, Sex and Rockets: The Occult World of Jack Parsons by John Carter and the 2005 copycat work, Strange Angel: The Otherworldly Life of Rocket Scientist John Whiteside Parsons by George Pendle, give more details, especially in the realm of "following the money."

The Parsons books note that the stimulus for the Agape Lodge came from a visit to the Vancouver branch of OTO, in which Wilfred T. Smith met Aleister Crowley. Soon Smith was sending money to Crowley for the Hollywood OTO. It was Smith who registered and incorporated The Church of Thelema at 1746 North Winona Boulevard in 1934. With Parsons in the background, Smith asked Crowley's permission to form a branch of OTO under the name Agape Lodge.

John Carradine visited the house perhaps because he was a member of OTO, or, as Pendle wonders, for "research purposes: He was soon to play the organist of a satanic cult in the film The Black Cat."

John Carradine (1906-1988) appeared in The Black Cat (1934), playing the "cult organist" who was killed in an explosion (along with the rest of the cultists) when the Bela Lugosi character blows up the cult's headquarters. Lugosi is shown activating the bomb, followed by an exterior shot of the house exploding.

John Carradine's wild sexual ways, as one of The Bundy Drive Boys, is also discussed in Hollywood's Hellfire Club (2007) by author Gregory William Mank and contributors Charles Heard and Bill Nelson.

So, was the father to the clan a dedicated OTO member in the 1930s, or in stereotypical Hollywood fashion, merely getting closer to his topic, as Heath Ledger would do recently with the Joker role, to more deeply understand the forbidden subject matter being researched? Was David Carradine doing something similar in Bangkok and elsewhere?

The elder Carradine, we now know, worked with those who were trying to understand the modern versions of the Illuminati. John Carradine is listed as the narrator for Gary Allen's cassette recording of the tape, "The Establishment - C. F. R." It is noted as an "in-depth look at the 'invisible government' that controls the United States. C.F.R. as a modern manifestation of the conspiracy begun by the Illuminati." ("C.F.R." stands for the Council on Foreign Relations.)

Did the Carradines play the dangerous game of double-agents?

Revelation of the Method

In decoding the alchemical process of this, needless to say, we have to go more deeply into what Michael Hoffman in Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare calls the "Revelation of the Method."

Shall we move onward? The hints are all around, and the story is unfolding. Let's look with open eyes.

On June 4, 2009, David Carradine was found dead in his room (#352) at the Park Nai Lert Hotel in Junfan Mulay, Bangkok, Thailand. Police said he may have been dead for at least 12 hours, dying probably on June 3, 2009.

The early versions of how he was found, tied up with ropes around his neck, hands, and penis, have been revised, changed, and grown more confusing with each retelling of the story. The fact that photographs of the dead are published routinely in Thai newspapers has lead to Americans being shocked to see the images of David Carradine hanging from his hotel room closet.

While this image may be graphic, it seems to have certainly thrown into doubt the "cover story" by local law enforcement in Bangkok that this was a clear-cut suicide. Carradine's hands, bound, are shown over his head, and how one could tie up their own hands is now being questioned.

The news service at Infowars has also added a new wrinkle that flashes back to thoughts of the OTO mind-set. Here's what they have revealed, in part:

During a segment that aired on the Larry King Show, CNN correspondent Jerry Penacoli says the death of David Carradine “was abnormal, the death was not natural. And the evidence shows that there were ropes tied around David’s neck and around his genitalia and that they were tied together. And that there is a report — several reports that there were ropes tied around his wrists.”
* * *
Later in the segment, Penacoli says a filmmaker and director named Damian Chapa, who worked with Carradine, said he “believes that there was foul play” in Carradine’s death. “And he said that no one else knows this but his family — Carradine’s family and friends and people closest to him, but David was very interested in investigating and disclosing secret societies.”
“So whatever that means…”
It means you can end up dead.

Secrets of Place

One aspect of this story that seems to have been under-investigated is where David Carradine died. What of the specifics of this site?

Why would I ask? As Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare notes (p. 54): "Mystical toponomy and alchemical cant language are part of a process which hinges on a marriage between action in time [or recorded history] and physical locations on the earth regarded as 'places of power' by the cryptocracy's magical-geographical vision of the earth as a giant chess board."

The mystical toponomy of obelisks at places like Dealey Plaza and near the Lorraine Motel may be mirrored in a similar overt form of symbolism near the site of Carradine's death.

David Carradine appears to have very carefully picked this spot, or had someone pick it for him. A 5-star luxury hotel in Bangkok, Swissotel Nai Lert Park offers a unique city retreat in Thailand’s bustling capital, with award-winning restaurants, a beautiful eight-acre lush tropical garden, and nice executive rooms, such as the above example shows. Or so the tourist literature reads at first glance. But we must search more deeply.

The hotel's location is key. One of Bangkok's most unique animist shrines resides under the large banyan tree circled in the upper left corner. Here, favors are asked of Tubtim, a water spirit that lives in the adjacent canal. If a wish is granted, devotees leave phallic offerings of all shapes and sizes. Hundreds of colorful examples are lined up around the shrine. And from the hotel parking lot, along a walkway, to the shrine.

The building at right, shown on the above map, is the former Hilton Hotel, which at one time attempted to stop visitors from accessing the shrine. Subsequently they lost their lease. The hotel is now named after the original property owner, Nai Lert. This is the Swissotel Nai Lert Park, or as given in the English-speaking media, the Nai Lert Hotel or the Park Nai Lert Hotel.

Literally hundreds of penises (phalluses) - from small wooden carvings to big stone sculptures that stand ten feet tall and decorated with ribbons - make this shrine quite unique. Sexual imagery, as a matter of fact, is not uncommon in Thailand. The red, of course, relates to engorgement and attraction. The shrine, offerings, and walkway honor Chao Mae Tubtim, a female fertility spirit.

Chao Mae Tuptim image (about 20 cm high) is located in the spirit house.

Women visit this shrine when they are trying to conceive, leaving offerings of lotus and jasmine. Rumors say the shrine has a good success rate. Women will return if their wish is fulfilled, and place yet another phallus at the shrine in thanks. Little is known about the origins of the shrine, which now stands on the grounds of the Swissotel Nai Lert Hotel in the heart of Bangkok. It can only be recalled that a spirit house was built by Nai Lert, for the spirit who was believed to reside in the large Sai (Ficus) tree.

The directions to this area is even given on the hotel website: "Use the main entrance of the Nai Lert Hotel, walk straight through the lobby and enter the quite large garden with swimming pool in front. Exit through a gate on the right to enter parking lot. Exit through the gate and turn right. Walk about 100 meters."

Sex Magick

Was David Carradine a victim of murder? A victim of homicide turned inward, suicide? Or an accidental casualty of sex magick?

David Carradine was born John Arthur Carradine, the eldest son of John Carradine. The elder Carradine we know was involved with OTO. What David Carradine was into, investigating, or in pursuit of remains unknown.

Intriguingly, one of his first roles, when he decided acting was going to be the path he took was in a television production for the Armstrong Circle Theater called "Secret Document."

After "Kung Fu," David Carradine would take on a starring role (still above) in the mysterious underground Roger Corman production - a new kind of action movie - Death Race 2000 (1975).

His final role would be the most enigmatic, however.

Carradine’s family has asked the FBI to investigate if the actor died from auto-erotic asphyxiation or murder. They also are having a second autopsy conducted.

Will new answers lead to more questions? Or merely silence examining further this bizarre "hanging" death, and give some pause to others investigating several questionable "hanging suicides" that may have clues via names and places?

Update

On Friday, June 5th, the Carradine family lawyer Mark Geragos spoke on Larry King Live and dismissed claims of suicide, stating instead that David Carradine could have been murdered by a "secret sect of kung fu assassins," after it was revealed that Carradine had been attempting to uncover groups working in the martial-arts underworld.

The Carradine family released further comments suggesting that David Carradine was killed because he was investigating "Kung Fu crime lords' secret societies."

His ex-wife, Marina Anderson, who has been shopping a book contract about David Carradine, told the media, "If he was involved in secret societies, it was a secret that even I didn't know about. But he did have some big secrets."

Why Thailand, which would mean he was looking into the Muay Thai gangs, right? Or was he doing a more broad-based bit of research on the Hung Society (Society of Heaven and Earth), Chinese Triads and Japanese Yakuza?

The assassin conspiracy theory has remarkable similarities to notions about Bruce Lee's death in 1973. Lee's death reportedly rumored to be heart failure by popular sources like Yahoo News, while most talk was of cerebral edema; there are still others who believe that the martial arts legend was murdered by Chinese Triads. Considering that the "Kung Fu" role was Bruce Lee's before he was replaced with David Carradine by Hollywood politics, it would be an intriguing coincidence.

Don't forget the fact that Marina Anderson, his former wife, has come forward alleging that Carradine was into extreme "deviant" sex acts and would often attempt to pressure her into performing them.

TheSmokingGun also has come out with documents detailing Carradine's apparently extensive "history" of sexual/indecent behavior---including allegedly having sex with his own daughter Calista.

It's interesting to note that of all the family members that have come forward giving their condolences in the past few days, Calista is not one of them.
That does not mean anything NECESSARILY, but it does become grist for the "speculation mill."
People WILL talk, unfortunately.

It looks pretty obvious, based on the facts of the case and the overwhelming chorus of family members and friends/associates, that it was not a suicide.
Could still be indeed a suicide, but it doesn't jive with the personality of the man and the way others perceived him.
Looks to me like either it was murder or a kinky sex act gone wrong.

Whatever the circumstances really were, we probably will never know.
Carradine's agent was told by a person in Thailand that given the country, the notoriously corrupt police department and the manner of death, we, the public may never truly know. Hopefully, that will not be the case.

Whatever his private life, he was an extraordinary man who led an extraordinary life. Unfortunately, he may be remembered for being the "Kung Fu Guy who killed himself beating off while being tied up." Hopefully, new information may come that will change that perception.

Ironically, Michael Madsen, Tarantino and Carradine's agent were telling Larry King last week Carradine would have loved the fact that there was mystery surrounding his death. Who knows...

RIP, Grasshopper.

Very interesting references to Carradine's father and his connection with Crowley!

I think we should explore the possibility that Carradine might have been the victim of a sexual game gone horribly awry. And as you suggest, Loren, maybe it was not completely suicide; maybe he hired the services of an escort —hardly something uncommon in Thailand— who was inexperienced with her client's exotic demands? Then when things got ugly, the scared escort decide to flee the scene rather than face the queries of the law.

Re. the update, I hope Mr. Carradine's family pressures the US consulate sufficiently so that, if criminal organizations were involved one way or the other with his death, the culprits can be brought to justice.

It may be too idealistic on my part; but what do you want? I grew up being influenced by TV shows where the hero spends his life fighting injustice. You know, there was this show that used to combine martial arts with Westerns... ;-)

cryptidsrus said...

That is a very likely possibility, Red_Pill_Junkie!!!
I don't trust the Thai police one bit to come forward with that fact if true. Tourism and the bottom line rules over there.

I think the possibility of him being assassinated for a snuff film should not be discounted. IT kind of fits. From what I've read he was the only white man in the film and the film's name was called "Stretch". Kind of fits with hanging by a rope. So it would appear that he unknowingly went to Thailand to star in his own pornographic snuff film.

LIBER CDLI (451)
Class B
(The 15th Chapter of Liber CDXIV)
XV
Of Eroto-comatose Lucidity
The Candidate is made ready for the Ordeal by general athletic training, and by feasting. On the appointed day he is attended by one or more chosen and experienced attendants whose duty is (a) to exhaust him sexually by every known means (b) to rouse him sexually by every known means. Every device and artifice of the courtesan is to be employed, and every stimulant known to the physician. Nor should the attendants reck of danger, but hunt down ruthlessly their appointed prey.
Finally the Candidate will into a sleep of utter exhaustion, resembling coma, and it is now that delicacy and skill must be exquisite. Let him be roused from this sleep by stimulation of a definitely and exclusively sexual type. Yet if convenient, music wisely regulated will assist.
The attendants will watch with assiduity for signs of waking; and the moment these occur, all stimulation must cease instantly, and the Candidate be allowed to fall again into sleep; but no sooner has this happened than the former practice is resumed. This alteration is to continue indefinitely until the Candidate is in a state which is neither sleep nor waking, and in which his Spirit, set free by perfect exhaustion of the body, and yet prevented from entering the City of Sleep, communes with the Most High and the Most Holy Lord God of its being, maker of heaven and earth.
The Ordeal terminates by failure---the occurence of sleep invincible--- or by success, in which ultimate waking is followed by a final performance of the sexual act. The Initiate may then be allowed to sleep, or the practice may be renewed and persisted in until death ends all. The most favourable death is that occurring during the orgasm, and is called Mors Justi.
As it is written: Let me die the death of the Righteous, and let my last end be like his!

Thanks for the round-up I'd been following it and picking up bits and bobs but the Jack Parsons/OTO link is interesting (and a synchroncity as I was re-reading Sex and Rockets last night and just got the to founding of the Agape lodge). We shouldn't forget Crowley's links with military intelligence and the OTO and A∴A∴ both have links to the Golden Dawn and in the same section of Sex and Rockets it looks at the Golden Dawn's origins which are distinctly fishy.

Coincidentally, I ran across an article on the Bruce Lee death, martial arts conspiracy the other day - it is here.

It is worth bearing in mind that the martial arts/secret societies conspiracy theories go much deeper and get far, far stranger than just Triads and Tongs scaring folk with some fancy moves. We've looked into this area, like the claims that there is a Chinese secret society challenging the Illuminati. There are also claims (by neo-ninja Frank Dux) that the Kumite Tournament, as seen in Jean Claude van Damme's Bloodsport, is real.

Now I'm not a betting man but I'd be happy to put a reasonable amount of money on both those being cobblers. However, their "reality" might not be the important thing here - it is clear there are some pretty strange rumours swirling about concerning Asia secret societies and clandestine kung fu practices. It would not be beyond some enterprising con man to come up with enough bait along these lines to hook someone in and exploit them (like the red mercury cons and rumours that sometimes border on mass hysteria). Such things can turn nasty.

Of course, there is no evidence this is the case, although the family's comments mean this is getting coverage in mainstream media (it might be an unfortunate part of the family's public grieving process - better than going with the sad story of auto-erotic asphyxiation), but it looks like this will run and run for quite a while (it might be the big celebrity conspiracy in time). The Truth, though, may prove to be elusive.

The one thing to remember is these families always incorporate their children in "the family business".
The fact his father was involved in the OTO tells me he wasn't just some normal actor!

I do not think he was stuoid enough to go to asia and try too investigate the asian triads, that would be suicide, lol.

Speaking of fighting evil, I remember Bruce Lee's accounts of missing time and some very strange things happening to him during filming of some of his classic movies, one in particular. Was it Enter the Dragon or Fist of Fury? There was that altercation between Bruce Lee and a Film Director or Cameraman when filming also in Thailand wasn't it, where Bruce may have walked over and grabbed the filmstrips and destroyed them. In addition to Bruce and David, let's not forget the bizzare circumstances in which Bruce Lee's son Brandon Lee was killed while filming "The Crow". That was a film frought with bad luck. It reminds me of others. As someone mentioned Keith Ledger in "The Dark Knight" as the Joker (and the symbology therein) and Singer Aaliyah, star of film "Vampire" dying in plane crash along with eight others in Bahamas. Speaking of Bahamas, John's Travolta's son recently. I mention all these to keep the sparks of memory firing and connecting dots. Are there some tell-tale signs here for us all of a generation to watch out? I wonder about the geographical coordinates. I knows a lot of evil takes place on the 33rd parallel, such as Kennedy's assasination, location of death penalty facilities and so on.

there were certainly plenty of interesting characters frequenting the Agape Lodge of the OTO, back in the day, including one Lafayette Ronald Hubbard. He served as Scribe and Scryer of the Astral Plane in the Babalon Working - a ritual to summon forth a woman to bear Jack Parsons a magickal child; successfully too I might add, as Marjorie Cameron appeared right on cue.

I think the event is too recent for us to really know what happened. What are the undisputed facts? If both of his hands were really tied, then someone else was there to tie them; or he knew of an almost mystical way to tie them by himself, which is almost certainly not the case.
Maybe years from now a FOIA request will put some light on the subject.

This is an interesting parallel to the actual death of Jack Parsons, who met his demise in an explosion. I've never seen any mention of the specific circumstances of the explosion that killed Parsons, other than that it was "accidental."

I see that Richard posted about the connection between Parsons, the Agape Lodge of the O.T.O., and L. Ron Hubbard, who was Parsons' partner in the "Babalon Working." That was before Hubbard apparently absconded with Parsons' girlfriend, as well as a large portion of his money. This association with Parsons and the O.T.O. took place before the publication of Dianetics, and the subsequent establishing of the Church of Scientology.

If father John Carradine helped expose the CFR, he would probably have been on the good side, for the most part. The Rockefeller-controlled CFR fronts for mass-criminal betrayers of humankind. David, being a Hollywood star, would have had many opportunities to indulge his fantasies--and some develop a yearning for the unusual. Human nature. But you can't tie yourself up with hands bound; you can't tie your own hands. So, unless Carradine was a rope and knots expert, a good cop would look for evidence of a crime.

Meanwhile, in the US so many whistleblowers have been "suicided" in cases where officials ignored evidence or destroyed it that readers should be aware of such precedent. Although his sex life may not have been like our more pedestrian versions, that doesn't mean he didn't have an eye for exposing a threat among us, as his father may have done.

Bangkok's police aren't strict about sex: young prostitutes have been murdered circa age 21, after burning out on the trade--to extinguish them. And in 1991 I visited Patpong Rd, an old strip where brothels and such were frequented by Vietnam era GI's and such. It wasn't a run-down, dirty alley; it was a well-maintained commercial two-blocks of bars/nude/brothels. While my wife grabbed something in a store there, I ran upstairs to peek inside. A 30ish madam shut the door and I was the only client, then a 21 year old and an 18 year old and about an 11-12 year old girl were all close around me. I simply ordered a beer, was noncommittal, and the madam said I could have them all, including the young girl. I was aghast--it was like being asked to commit a crime against humanity. I had to push the madam away from the door and unbolt it--she was trying to get me to pay for simply having been approached, to exit.

So to expect Bangkok police to be sharp about an investigation of such isn't likely. Better to send private or US investigators to study the case. Carradine wouldn't merely have been studying a local triad, if he was investigating. He may have been after the CFR link in it, the fact that Thailand is now undergoing an uprising against a king-imposed deposing of one government in favor of another.

Kung Fu star David Carradine was dressed in a woman's wig and fishnet stockings when he was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room, it has been revealed.

Red lingerie was also folded on the bed and an erotic photograph pinned to the wall - supporting theories that he accidentally killed himself during an act of auto-erotic asphyxiation.

I'm a bit torn by this incident since I have had the opportunity to associate, through my business, with David over the years. The suicide notion is a farce. As far as accidental death, I'm not buying that excuse also.

In my opinion, David died by the hand of another. Loren's article is interesting and may be more close to fact than some believe.

I don't think the gender-bending accoutrements David Carradine may have been wearing at the time necessarily adds evidence that he died accidentally from his own actions. If someone was about to be exposed by a dangerous enemy,a good way to discredit this enemy would be to find their sexual weakness and make sure they suffered a humiliating death.
If David Carradine was murdered, maybe the killers are monitoring this blog?

Don't be surprised if another famous person dies soon in a similar way (like Sonny Bono and a Kennedy dying in ski crashes into trees within one week of each other,or Senator Heinz and Senator Tower dying in separate Helicopter crashes a few days apart...)

Emperor, I just read &, I must say, enjoyed your piece in the newest Dark Lore book. Having said that, I have to ask why Ben Fulford gets any mileage whatsoever. I've seen a few of his videos-my personal fave is his Dave Rockefeller interview-and I always feel like I'm either looking at a complete conman or the epitome of gullibility.

In the Rockefeller interview, Ben mentions meeting a member of a secret society. He then produces their two secret society "booklets."
Alas, no decoder ring was included,
but he does mention meeting a ninja who was wearing "a special ninja ring." Maybe this had a decoder function.
He also talks about issuing an "ultimatum to Mr. R., who responds by unleashing an earthquake under a Japanese nuclear reactor. Ben explains that he didn't "retaliate" because Rockefeller "controls many instruments of death," & Ben was afraid that if he retaliated Rockefeller would "trigger WW3."
One favorite bit involves Ben explaining how he could have had Rockefeller brought to him "tied up with a vibrator up his a__."
Another fav involves Ben relating how his ninja bodyguard offers to make Ben "the Ultraman of the United Nations." Ben says this voice-over style while a photo of Ben & his ninja bodyguard stand in front of a wall with a photo of Ultraman & a photo of the UN seal taped to the wall.

Seriously, Ben couldn't have made himself look like a bigger crackpot if he'd have actually set out with that in mind.

Having recently found out, through a cop acquaintance, that a widely popular sex club exists in an unmarked warehouse out here in rural Pennsylvania, where sizable numbers of quite successful career folk let their hair down every weekend in all manner kinky sex games, I think the sex angle will probably prove correct.

& really, so what if it does? The guy was an adult. This is only shocking if one buys into the Puritan Christian religious ethos that makes sex sinful and, coincidentally, sells so well here in the land of the theoretically free.

Really, could this be any more childish? Like everyone clucking their tongues & tittering at Dave's fate all over the internet haven't, at quite a few points in their lives, "made the scene with a magazine," as Tom Waits would say.

I would say that Dave's end was a bit on the dumb side though. You'd think these auto-asphyxia folk would have developed some kind of fail-safe protocol to keep themselves from expiring with their willies in their hands.

I doubt there is any involvement with Asian secret societies, eastern secret societies like Hong Lok,Triad,Black Dragon,Yakuza are quite different then the sneaky nefarious western secret societies like Mafia,Cosa Nostra,Camara,Illuminati,Masons,Rosicrucians,The Iris(the only anti-organized crime group, the Camara changed sides so it seems). However, there is some babble about Black Dragon and other eastern concerns marking Illuminati for death, because of the political shape the world is in presently, and Illuminati plans for genocides.I think David was just being naughty and had an accident otherwise the work would have been signed.

BTW, for those needing an obvious example of the level of illuminated symbolism that is being discussed here, you need to go no deeper than to observe and then decode the significance of the initials OTO.

Pulling yourself back from the literal meaning of OTO for "Ordo Templi Orientis," you will soon note the visual signature being signaled to you.

The two Os represent the male testes and the T is the illustrated exhibition of the hanging penis and/or the downwardly erect phallus.

The design/translation is as subtle as that for "69."

Correction: Bruce Lee did not die of heart failure. Lee died of brain edema which is an increase of fluid causing his brain to swell. He nearly died from brain edema on May 10, 1973 while working on overdubs at Golden Harvest studios (he complained of a headache and ended up passing out). He was administered Manitol which revived him. On July 20, 1973, Lee was the apartment of an actress when again, he complained of a headache, took Equigesic (prescribed medication) and died of brain edema.

There is evidence that Lee possibly died from unrefined Nepal hashish which he frequently ingested. This hash has been known to kill people in similar ways. Once theory put forth was that a combination of his uncanny methods of working out, lack of rest, and performance enhancement drugs which caused his symptoms.

You will find this information in most books about Bruce Lee. (ex. Bruce Lee The Biography by Robert Clouse, The Bruce Lee Story by Linda Lee,)

Doubting Thomas: Glad you liked the Darklore piece

On Ben Fulford's theories: I mentioned them in the blog because it was so out there, fascinating if treated as fiction but as I say towards the end "this sounds like cobblers."

I dropped the link in here not because I thought Carradine was out investigating this, but as an example of the of the wilder (and sillier) conspiracy theories that slosh around. The key is that an idea doesn't have to be true to be powerful and dangerous (which is where there might be parallels with the DL piece). A Hollywood star who was interested in secret societies might as well carry around a big sign saying "MARK." I know I could have cobbled together something which hooked into existing ideas (so if they did a bit of background reading it would appear to have independent evidence and added depth) and could be dribbled out to keep the mark hooked and supplying cash. If things got out of hand and there was a confrontation in a hotel room...

All that said I think it was auto-erotic asphyxiation gone wrong - the bound hands isn't even a deal breaker. In the discussion on this at the Fortean Times message board someone with self-bondage experience says it is possible (although clearly unwise when done in conjunction with choking yourself). It just seems unlikely to those of us with no knowledge of this world, knots and ropework. I'm sure a bit of googling can turn up information on this, and is pretty much guaranteed to be an eye-opening hour or two (or three) on the Internet!!

It is all real sad. A good actor and (worse) a family man is taken from us in what looks to be pointless and avoidable circumstances> This highlights the way conspiracy theories can be a comfortable - rather than the world being grim and random there is some hidden meaning to this. Of course, this doesn't mean we shouldn't shine some light into some grimy corners to check there isn't anything more sinister lurking there but we shouldn't lose perspective either as more often than not everything is as it seems.

I think the photo at the top says it all. Look at the fear on Carradine's face and note the "death touch" given by Tarantino.

Going with the article if it could be discovered WHO picked the location is the one who set David Carradine up. I doubt Carradine arranged the trip or picked the location. He probably had tickets and reservations given to him. Only white man in the film? That's interesting.

I go with the theory that if someone hated someone enough to murder them they knew they could discredit and shame their memory forever by desecrating the corpse in such a lurid way. I wonder if along with the wig and fishnets sloppy makeup was applied to his face. It looks like 'accidental asphyxiation' is being used as an innovative way of "suiciding" people. Don't forget there are people who do it for a living.

More dots to connect: L. Ron Hubbard... Parsons... OTO...scientology...John Travolta's son.

I'm Greek and I can guarantee you that "agape" is not "brotherly love", it's meaning is just plain old "love". Like in: I love you.

If Carradine was allowed to be a Hollywood "star" (albeit marginal for many years), and was the son of a Hollywood player who was also into the OTO, then we can safely conclude the following: 1) David was severely abused as a child and most likely involved in pedophile rings involving "famous & important" people, 2) David was inducted into same said organizations, and then was chosen to be a minor player in the Hollywood scene for specific reasons, 3) drugs played a significant role his entire life, 4) there also has to be some significant military or "alphabet" agency connection with David and his extended family, 5) David was an abuser of his family, and sure as hell no "family man", 6) David would have been a satanist and into all manner of deviant / ritualistic acts for many reasons, some of which go well beyond simple gratification, 7) David was ritually murdered because he was a little cog in the wheel of evil and that's just what they do, albeit with plenty of symbolism, numerology, and syncronicity.

So, let's not claim David was this great actor who was investigating evil secret societies on behalf of all us innocents; then planning on using his fame to reveal it all for the benefit of humanity. No. David most likely was a sick little puppy who was mixed up in things that would make a Billy Goat puke. He was a victim, sure, but was also a perp on many occasions too. Was he in his right mind? Of course not, and the Controllers know very well how to create these discardible people. And although the Nazis (ie. Dr. Mengele) made trauma based mind control into a science, it was an ancient art practiced many years prior by the Maya and even the Egyptians. This precious info makes up the core of "occult" knowledge, which must be jealously guarded by the modern day Controllers.

Hollywood deaths are almost exclusively of this sacrificial type (I could list dozens of examples off the top of my head), although rarely done overseas. No one dies "natural" deaths in Hollywood, or the music business, or the "alphabet" agencies, and this is just the price one pays who has eagerly danced with the devil (or forced / programmed to dance, or watched others dance...). We must remember that these "famous people" are nothing like any of us, and they experience / witness things that none of us can even fathom. Consequently, they have lost most of their humanity and although they might deserve some empathy and even sympathy, they would send you to the fires of hell in a blink of an eye and then laugh about it.

I might be wrong about David Carradine, but I really, really doubt it. RIP.

A link between John Travolta's son and David Carradine is Quentin Tarantino. Both were washed-up has beens whose careers were revived by Tarantino. Faustian bargain perhaps?

Guys,

Why is it so hard to believe that Carradine hired a couple of hookers (easily enough done in Thailand) with whom he intended to play BDSM games. They complied, but during the course of the game, Carradine started to asphyxiate.

The girls panicked, and left the premises, probably out an employee entrance/exit. (Why in God's name would a Thai hooker stay to be questioned by corrupt police officials in the case of the death of a prominent American? Or, perhaps the cops were bribe3d by the hooker's madame/pimp to say it was suicide.)

Carradine then died alone, victim of a sex game gone awry.

And there you have it. Simple, to the point, and more likely than the involvement of the OTO, Satanic pedophile rings, triads, tongs or any other secret martial arts gang.

I mean, you guys could be right and the martial arts mafia could have made it all look like a couple of hookers got scared during a consensual BDSM event and ran off to let him die, but I still like my theory better.

Even if y'alls ideas are more fun!

"Barbara":

You just don't seem to know the machinations of the culture Carradine was mixed up in.

If 2 simple, innocent hookers were involved, then the hotel's cameras would have taped them coming and going and they would have been thrown to the wolves, and Carradine's MO would be far cooler in the eyes of the World.

The whole system / media / investigative apparatus do not conspire and spread misinfo / lies to protect 2 Thai hookers. Never has, never will.

I don't buy the 'secret society of ninjas' murdered David Carradine simply because he was involved in $cientology. That KungFu Illuminatus seems like a ready made boogiemonster to distract from the real mundane and rather embarrassing truth.

I'm in total agreement with Anon 1:25, i have met enough of these psychos (actors, musicians, etc.) to know they won't piss on you if you were on fire, unless there is something in it for them as in 'money, power, respect' (to quote some dumb hip hop song i overheard the other day.)

I'm reminded of the Murray Head song
"One Night in Bangkok":

One night in Bangkok
makes a hard man humble
Not much between despair
and ecstasy

One night in Bangkok
and the tough guys tumble
Can't be too careful
with your company

I can feel the Devil
walking next to me

Interesting speculation here; evil surely loves to hide behind secrecy (and well-known labels, too).

The death of David Carradine reminds me of the similar death of Kevin Gilbert ~ 1996, one week before he would have become the lead man (singer+) of the musical group Genesis (which would have given him, and thus his views, something of a global stage).

Kevin was an incredibly talented musician/producer. He had become aware of the corrput nature of the self-proclaimed owners of this planet. The music industry seemed to have no use for him, even though his girlfriend around that time was someone you may have heard of, Sheryl Crow.

The lyrics in his song "Goodness Gracious" refer to "Spooks in the White House". His feelings about the music recording industry are laid out in his posthumous release, "The Shaming of the True". If you are interested in this stuff, you will probably find much to like in the first track, "Last Plane Out", on the Toy Matinee album.

If anybody is going to pursue the connecting of the dots surrounding Carradine's suspicious death, that person might want to also consider the sad strange similar demise of Kevin Gilbert.

What gets weirder is the fact that one of Carradine's producer friends, David Winters, is now telling Globe that he is almost certain Carradine was murdered by Bangkok's notorious "Lady Boy" transgendered hookers.

The Globe has hired a detective who pretty much agress that "foul play" was involved and wants to see the hotel's security footage for that night---although he feels it may been "doctored" already. He is basically accusing the Thai government of covering up for the Lady Boys.

One theory is that they drugged Carradine. took him back to the apartment, put a rope around his neck, and killed him---making it look like a sex act gone wrong. Then they got away with his money. I have no idea personally but this is getting beyond strange. Like I said before, this was either murder or a sex act gone wrong.
Who knows?

Excerpted from one of your earlier blogs:
"December 17, 2008 - Christen Schnor, 49, a Danish-born senior executive with HSBC bank, was discovered hanging by a belt, naked, in the wardrobe of his £500-a-night suite at the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel, Cadogan Place, in Knightsbridge, London..."

The similarities between these two deaths are so glaringly obvious, I doubt I needed to point it out to you Loren - but I feel others aren't as quick to the punch.

Michael Hutchence died in similar circumstances only a few years ago now. The reason the O.T.O. are so heavily involved in Hollywood is indeed the snuff film industry.

Uber rich psychopaths pay top dollar for that kind of stuff, even more so if the person is considered to be of importance,i.e famous actors, musicians, dwindling royal bloodlines and innovative people of all varieties; as well as their offspring. Nothing like the power rush of being able to commit such atrocities against those that are admired by these fiends. As well as the kick gotten out of a families awareness of the crime and their subsequent enslavement. The fear it will follow on to the rest of them (which it inevitably does) and their complete inability to act against it. Sometimes through a degree of complicity, such as taboo sexual tendencies. The film "Hostel" highlights some of these issues well.

The fun of it all as well as political inferences, blamin thai crime gangs is definently amusing, it appears to be common practise to blame some asian organization or other, and usually in such a xenophobic way as to be an insult to the people of the countries of those origins.

It is of interest to note that The O.T.O. are heavily suspected have been the actual religeon of the nazi elite, also some possible connection going as far back as Rasputins involvement in the bolshevic revolution of Russia, using similar sex based slander against the Romanovs.

The other thing I find of interest is the involvement of the U.S. in Iraq, home of the Yezidi tribe, hated by almost all muslims, and protected by the U.S. Again, much use of sex-based slander, against the former leader of that country.

Also the secrecy surrounding the condition of U.S. troop personnel after deployment there. The unprecedented levels of depression suffered, as well as the plethora of strange maladies suffered years later.

This is not a random planet.

Smells like secret government to me.

All this illuminati stuff is bs. The best way to make people live in fear is to create a mythology by which they are confused and do not understand or trust those around them. UFO's and ghost shows on T.V. and now the illuminati myth that illuminates absolutely nothing. I'm not saying people aren't being murdered...but if it is happening it is about generating fear, rumors, and confusion in the general population. Nothing more.
