The Pandemic Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt has been in the right place at the right time..and he has brought along the right people too. Let's revisit his pandemic appearances, beginning with his April 25, 2020 cold opening of Saturday Night Live, as Dr. Anthony Fauci.

True Romance is a 1993 American romantic crime film written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by Tony Scott (suicide, 68, August 19, 2012). The film stars Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette with an ensemble cast including James Gandolfini (heart attack, 51, June 19, 2013), Dennis Hopper (prostate cancer, 74, May 29, 2010), Michael Rapaport, Bronson Pinchot, Val Kilmer, Gary Oldman, Brad Pitt, and Christopher Walken.

Brad Pitt played "Floyd," who improvised the line: "Hey! Get some beer and some cleaning products!" (Source)

"Cleaning products" = disinfectants.

In World War Z (2013), Brad Pitt's character, Gerry Lane, a former UN employee, pursues the answer to the solution of the global "zombie pandemic." Lane discovers the virus-infected zombies avoid infected humans. He works with a World Health Organization (WHO) facility outside Cardiff, Wales.

Peter Capaldi was credited as W.H.O. Doctor in World War Z (2013). He portrayed the twelfth incarnation of the Doctor in Doctor Who (2013–2017).

In World War Z, Lane and the W.H.O. doctors develop a new "vaccine," derived from deadly pathogens, and widely issued to survivors around the world battling or taking shelter from the infected, acting as a kind of camouflage. The vaccine also helps survivors to reach quarantine zones.

I enjoy the wonderful coincidence that the day before the Naval War College received my and Joe Nickell's presentation on the strategic informing of the future via cryptozoology, the special committee who listened to us also heard from Max Brooks, the author of World War Z.

12 Monkeys, also known as Twelve Monkeys, is a 1995 American science fiction film about a worldwide pandemic, directed by Terry Gilliam. Starring in a supporting role is Brad Pitt as Jeffrey Goines, the son of Christopher Plummer as Dr. Leland Goines.

In The Man Who Would Be King (1975), a film that is extremely Masonic, Christopher Plummer plays Rudyard Kipling.

The actor who would be Rudyard Kipling and the real Kipling.

Some scenes in 12 Monkeys are looking eerily like the world of COVID19.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, displaying the hidden hand sign, has been the focus of Masonic social media speculation.

Other near pandemic-like roles:

Interview with the Vampire (1994) has Brad Pitt as Louis de Pointe du Lac. He was turned into a vampire by the bite from Lestat de Lioncourt (played by Tom Cruise). The vampire "infection" is transmitted by what appears to be a virus. Wandering the streets of New Orleans, amid an outbreak of plague, Louis can resist his hunger no more and feeds on a little girl whose mother has died in the plague.

Brad Pitt plays the emotionless Death who finds emotions as Joe Black, while occupying the body of the Young Man in Coffee Shop in Meet Joe Black (1998).

Southmedic Inc. announced that the OxyMask is featured in a new Brad Pitt movie hitting theaters on September 20, 2019. Only it's second appearance in films.

The use of the OxyMask during the coronavirus pandemic was the source of some CDC debate.

That film was Ad Astra. Starring Brad Pitt.

In The Big Short (2015), Ben Rickert (played by Brad Pitt) is shown wearing a facial mask in the airport, to protect himself against a global pandemic (?during the 2008 financial collapse?). He acknowledges an Asian wearing a mask on the passing escalator.   The Reddit caption appears to be a recent hoax/joke.
