Epstein's Enigmatic Temple

Update

On the same day Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on arrival at a New Jersey airport on sex trafficking charges, federal agents bashed in the door of his $77 million Manhattan mansion and seized evidence to aid in his prosecution. But the multimillionaire’s Virgin Islands hideaway, where the wealthy hedge fund manager allegedly trafficked girls for sex and entertained politicians, businessmen and scientists, seemingly remained untouched by the law.

That changed on Monday, August 12, 2019.

FBI agents — accompanied by Customs personnel, local police and New York City officers, according to a Virgin Islands source — fanned out in golf carts across Epstein’s estate on Little St. James Island. They scooped up evidence just two days after Epstein was found dead in his jail cell of an apparent suicide while in federal custody in Manhattan.

There will be many mysteries to discuss for conspiracy theorists, political pundits, and alternative media journalists in the coming weeks in the wake of the 8/10/2019 death of Jeffrey Epstein. But one riddle that stands out is the twilight meaning to be found in Epstein's enigmatic "temple."

One item Epstein left behind that defies explanation, thus far, is his mysterious blue-striped temple. Those who have investigated the structure found that while it previously featured a gold dome, it flew off in 2017 when the hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated the region.

The blue-striped structure sits on a lookout point on the southeastern edge of Little St. James Island, which Epstein purchased in 1998 for $7.95 million. The building is surrounded by an expansive terrace painted bright white with red shapes. 

The base is painted with broad, vivid blue horizontal stripes, and supports a large, golden dome. The entrance consists of an arched, seemingly wooden door equipped with black metal hardware. The sides appear to be cut with large windows, including a full-length one in the rear. The front is flanked by statues painted in gold; one of them appears to be the trident-wielding Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea, while two others look like birds perched on the corners of the roof. It is surrounded by a line of palm trees and a terrace with a labyrinth motif. Finally, the exterior seems to incorporate an optical illusion, to create the impression that the exterior windows and door are set within carved flanges. Source.

Rumors abound that it is a gym, a piano room, or a sex slave hideaway.

People have attempted to figure out what the overall reason for the "temple structure" is. Since Epstein was Jewish, that may have been a clue. But it is unlike any Jewish temple.

In many ways, the "domed temple" was like a mosque, similar to the Dome of the Rock, the Islamic shrine located on the Temple Mount in the City of Jerusalem. The cubic base and dome seem to refer this to Islamic architecture, but figures holding tridents, appearing to be Poseidon would be a form that is strange for a mosque.

Domes are found worldwide, of course. In the new film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, a scene includes the famed Cinerama dome, designed by Pierre Cabrol and R. Buckminster Fuller, where the dome appears blue at night.

Editor Andrew W. Griffin alerted me to a similar looking geodesic dome, formerly a bank, in Oklahoma City, entitled the Gold Dome.

Neither of these domes-as-buildings are anything like Epstein's temple.

Research by online theorists have found that the Little St. James Island's structure compares favorably with the bath houses found in Aleppo, Syria, which are painted like mosques.

The Epstein "Temple" has become a meme.

The residents of the Unites States Virgin Islands have their own names for Epstein's island ~ "Pedofile Island," "Island of Sin," and "Orgy Island." Epstein himself use to call it "St. Jeff's Island." He also purchased the nearby Great St. James Island in 2016 for $18 million, located off the east end of St. Thomas.

His death extends his mysterious legacy.

General background. 

Jeffrey Edward Epstein was born on January 20, 1953, in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, to Jewish parents Pauline (née Stolofsky, 1918–2004) and Seymour G. Epstein (1916–1991). His parents were married in 1952, shortly before his birth. Pauline worked as a school aide and was a homemaker. Seymour Epstein worked for the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation as a groundskeeper and gardener. Jeffrey Epstein was the older of two siblings. Epstein and his brother Mark grew up in the working-class neighborhood of Sea Gate, Coney Island, Brooklyn.

Former porn star Jenna Jameson took to Twitter on July 16, 2018, following the posthumous publication of an interview with Parts Unknown host Anthony Bourdain in which Bourdain sharply criticized the Clintons. In her tweet, Jameson suggested that Bourdain’s criticism might have led to him being “suicided.” Source.

Fayette Factor?
Epstein attended local public schools, first Public School 188 and then Mark Twain Junior High School nearby. In 1967, Epstein attended the National Music Camp at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. He was a talented musician who learned to play the piano when he was five. He graduated in 1969 from Lafayette High School at age 16 having skipped two grades. Later that year, he attended classes at Cooper Union until he changed colleges in 1971. From September 1971, he attended the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University, but left without receiving a degree in June 1974.

Intriguing we should find the Fayette Factor in Epstein's story.

Dalton Connection?
Epstein started working after the summer of 1974 as a physics and mathematics teacher at the Dalton School in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Epstein taught at the exclusive private school from the fall of 1974 until he was dismissed in June 1976. While teaching at the school, Epstein became acquainted with Alan Greenberg, the chief executive officer of Bear Stearns, whose son and daughter were going to the school. Greenberg's daughter, Lynne Koeppel, pointed to a parent teacher conference where Epstein influenced another Dalton parent into advocating for him to Greenberg. Greenberg, impressed with Epstein's intelligence and drive for financial success, offered him a job at Bear Stearns.

Then we turn around, and the Dalton name (= "living in the valley") springs up in Epstein's narrative too.

Intelligence Agent?
Epstein stated to some people [in the early 1980s] that he was an intelligence agent. Whether this statement was truthful or in jest is not clear. During the 1980s, Epstein possessed an Austrian passport that had his photo but a false name. The passport showed his place of residence in Saudi Arabia. U.S. Florida District Attorney Alexander Acosta who handled Epstein's criminal case in 2008 stated that he had been told that Epstein "belonged to intelligence", was "above his pay grade" and to "leave it alone".
During this period, one of Epstein's clients was the Saudi Arabian businessman Adnan Khashoggi, who was the middleman in transferring American weapons from Israel to Iran, as part of the Iran-Contra Affair in the 1980s. Khashoggi was one of several defense contractors that he knew. In the mid-1980s, Epstein traveled multiple times between the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. While in London, Epstein met Steven Hoffenberg. They had been introduced through Douglas Leese, a defense contractor, and John Mitchell, the former US Attorney General.

Are we surprised that some people are seriously speculating that Epstein is still alive and his body has been spirited away to a Mideastern country? By Mossad?

Suicide?
Epstein died of an apparent suicide by hanging on August 10, 2019, while imprisoned at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City. Prison officials found his body in his cell at 6:30 a.m. Three weeks previously he had been found unconscious in his jail cell with injuries to his neck. After that incident, he was placed on suicide watch. However, he was not on suicide watch at the time of his death, leading some prison experts to express bafflement and shock that he would be taken off suicide watch at such a time. U.S Attorney General William Barr ordered an investigation by the Department of Justice Inspector General in addition to the FBI investigation, saying he was "appalled" by Epstein's death in federal custody. Epstein was 66 years old.

More questions than answers = a storm of conspiracy theories. 

Argo, Aurora, and AARGAU

The mainstream media groups have seemingly moved on from mass shootings that began with the Colorado Aurora (red dawn) event at a movie theater on July 20, 2012, to the American embassy violence of September 11, 2012.  But were some of these events foreshadowed by a science fiction visionary?

Americans don't forget, and many this week are reminded of Tehran, Iran, November 4, 1979, when the U.S. embassy was taken over and then Americans were held hostages for 444 days, until January 20, 1981.

Synchronicity emerges, and recent events in Egypt and Libya are going to soon merge with and be mirrored in a movie about those times. Believe it or not, comic book genius Jack Kirby and a familiar location are part of the true story upon which the film is based.

That's right...

"Jack Kirby, the visionary madman who unwittingly changed the face of popular culture," as Christopher Loring Knowles characterizes him on his blog Secret Sun.

The way all of this is going to unfold is through the movie Argo, an American political intrigue film based on Tony Mendez's account of the rescue of six U.S. diplomats from Tehran, Iran during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. Filming began in September 2011, and the movie is scheduled to be released October 12, 2012.

The governments of the United States and Canada partnered to rescue six U.S. foreign service members who had evaded the hostage-taking at the takeover of the American embassy in Iran by staying in the home of the Canadian Ambassador. The governments were able to convince Iran that the six hostages were members of a film crew who were scouting the area for a movie titled Argo. The CIA's fake production company used real designs by comics legend Jack Kirby and Barry Ira Geller's screenplay for the upcoming film Lord of Light. Using John Chambers' idea for the caper, Mendez admitted stealing designs and screenplay from Geller's film production. Armed with professional designs and screenplay, the hostages were successfully able to escape the country under their fake identities, notes Wikipedia.

Knowles talks of this incident in 2008, on his blog, when he says, in part:

...Kirby was hired to do design work for one of those post-Star Wars pipe dreams- a major motion picture based on Roger Zelzany's 1967 novel, Lord of Light.
Drawing on the same themes Kirby mastered with The Eternals and The New Gods, Lord of Light played directly into Kirby's greatest strengths as a designer and visionary. Kirby was also contracted to make designs for a multi-million dollar theme park, whose preposterous untenability boggles the mind. Sadly and predictably, the project ran a[g]round after a producer made off with the seed money for the project.

Here's where I began to freak out, a bit, as I was researching this today, in Loring's and others accounts. The designs for Jack Kirby's Science Fiction Land theme park were an important part of the cover story to convince the Iranians this was all authentic. Most of the time people don't mention where this theme park was suppose to be in the general accounts about Argo.

But digging deeper, I discovered it was in Aurora, Colorado!

Jack Kirby (August 28, 1917 – February 6, 1994), born Jacob Kurtzberg, was a visionary.

This has been a banner year for "The King of Comics," 

with The Avengers and Prometheus (heavily based on 

his 70s epic The Eternals) cleaning up at the box office.

Okay, Knowles may be obsessed with Kirby. After all, CLK's written 85 (!) blog postings about the guy. But there's a good reason why he is.

Knowles also mentions another person of note:

One of the artisans signed on to bring Lord of Light to life was Planet of the Apes makeup maestro John Chambers, who doubled as a disguise maker for the CIA. A fellow agent contacted him, looking for an abandoned script to use to coax the newly-installed Iranian mullahs into signing on to a film project. The Iranians needed money and were looking to set up business deals to keep the revolution afloat. The CIA in turn was looking to sneak some hostages out of the country, and needed ideas. One enterprising agent was looking to cozy up to the mullahs by pitching a film project to them. In those days, Hollywood's eldritch power could soften the most hard-bitten theocrats.

John Chambers? Yes, John Chambers. I was involved with the investigations about whether or not Chambers was behind some famous and infamous Bigfoot stories. I also wrote his obituary, which was picked up by various mainstream outlets.

I penned the following about Chambers:

John Chambers, who once created a Bigfoot carnival prop and was rumored to be behind the Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot footage, died of diabetes complications, 25 August 2001, at the Motion Picture and Television Fund retirement home in Woodland Hills. He was 78.

During his 30-year career, Chambers worked on several movies and television shows, including TV's The Outer Limits, The Munsters, Lost in Space and Mission Impossible. Chambers was responsible for putting the pointy ears on Star Trek's Mr. Spock. His makeup and prosthetics film credits included National Lampoon's Class Reunion (1982), Halloween II (1981), The Island of Dr. Moreau (1977), SSSSSSS (1973), Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973), Superbeast (1972), Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972), Slaughterhouse-Five (1972), Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971), Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970), Planet of the Apes (1968), The List of Adrian Messenger (1963), and Showdown at Boot Hill (1958).

Chambers' first of only a few acting appearances was in a 1971 movie about a California Bigfoot that terrorized co-eds. The film, Schlock was directed by John Landis, who also played the film's very thin Bigfoot. Chambers played the National Guard Captain in the film. Chambers' student, Rick Baker, who one day would create Harry in Harry and the Hendersons, did the makeup and created the Bigfoot in Schlock.

So why Chambers? He was also an old CIA subcontractor. John Chambers was "given the highest civilian award from the CIA for his help with numerous transformations. Some of his work can be seen at the International Spy Museum in Washington D.C. He also set up the cover story of a film crew planning to shoot a science fiction film in Iran for his special effects colleague Tony Mendez in order to rescue some American embassy personnel who escaped capture by the Iranian militants in November 1979," mentions his Wikipedia entry.

Knowles points out that Wired delved into the Iranian episode further, in depth:

[Barry] Geller imagined a Colorado theme park based on Kirby's set designs that would be called Science Fiction Land; it would include a 300-foot-tall Ferris wheel, voice-operated mag-lev cars, a "planetary control room" staffed by robots, and a heated dome almost twice as tall as the Empire State Building.
Geller had announced his grand plan in November at a press conference attended by Jack Kirby, former football star and prospective cast member Rosey Grier, and several people dressed like visitors from the future. Shortly thereafter, Geller's second-in-command was arrested for embezzling production funds, and the Lord of Light film project evaporated. Since Chambers had been hired by Geller to do makeup for the film, he still had the script and drawings at his house. The story, a tale of Hindu-inspired mystical science fiction, took place on a colonized planet. Iran's landscape could provide many of the rugged settings required by the script.
He (Mendez) removed the cover and gave the script a new name, Argo — like the vessel used by Jason on his daring voyage across the world to retrieve the Golden Fleece.

Joshuah Bearman in Wired, April 24, 2007, tells more details of the story in "How the CIA Used a Fake Sci-Fi Flick to Rescue Americans from Tehran." Here are some selections from that piece:

To build his cover, Mendez put $10,000 into his briefcase and flew to Los Angeles. He called his friend John Chambers, the veteran makeup artist who had won a 1969 Academy Award for Planet of the Apes and also happened to be one of Mendez’s longtime CIA collaborators. Chambers brought in a special effects colleague, Bob Sidell. They all met in mid-January and Mendez briefed the pair on the situation and his scheme. Chambers and Sidell thought about the hostages they were seeing each night on television and quickly declared they were in.
In just four days, Mendez, Chambers, and Sidell created a fake Hollywood production company. They designed business cards and concocted identities for the six members of the location-scouting party, including all their former credits. The production company’s offices would be set up in a suite at Sunset Gower Studios on what was formerly the Columbia lot, in a space vacated by Michael Douglas after he finished The China Syndrome.
All they needed now was a film — and Chambers had the perfect script. Months before, he had received a call from a would-be producer named Barry Geller. Geller had purchased the rights to Roger Zelazny’s science fiction novel, Lord of Light, written his own treatment, raised a few million dollars in starting capital from wealthy investors, and hired Jack Kirby, the famous comic book artist who cocreated X-Men, to do concept drawings. Along the way, Geller imagined a Colorado theme park based on Kirby’s set designs that would be called Science Fiction Land; it would include a 300-foot-tall Ferris wheel, voice-operated mag-lev cars, a “planetary control room” staffed by robots, and a heated dome almost twice as tall as the Empire State Building. A famous underground bazaar in Tehran even matched one of the necessary locations. “This is perfect,” Mendez said. [Finally, the plot was put in place, the cover stories worked at the airport, and the time to catch the flight was upon them....]
A mechanical problem caused a delay, and the Revolutionary Guards were starting to turn their attention to foreign passengers.
Mendez disappeared. He had a contact at the airport and went to check on the flight status. No sooner had he learned that the delay would be short than they heard the announcement: “Swissair flight 363, ready for immediate departure.” As they boarded the plane from the windy tarmac, Anders noticed the word AARGAU was printed across the fuselage — the name of the Swiss region where the plane originated was strangely similar to that of their cover story. He punched Mendez’s arm and said, “You guys arrange everything, don’t you?”

What we see here is even a synchromystic link within their story. Argo-Aargau shows up in this story. The Swissair name was because of a section of the country. Aargau is one of the more northerly cantons of Switzerland. It comprises the lower course of the river Aare, which is why the canton is called Aar-gau. In the 17th century, Jews were banished from Switzerland. However, a few families were permitted to live in two villages, Endingen and Lengnau, in Aargau which became the Jewish ghetto in Switzerland.

Aargau shows up in the Star Wars universe as a planet in the Zug system of the Core Worlds region, not far from Coruscant and the Corellian Run. It was run by and served as the headquarters for the Bank of Aargau, which was part of the InterGalactic Banking Clan.

Not everyone is going to be happy with Argo, however. Some few important people - like Jack Kirby and Barry Geller - have suffered in the 2012 film:

The elimination of the true role Barry Ira Geller's Lord of Light film project and its Jack Kirby production designs played in the real-life caper may cost the film several million Kirby/Zelazny-fan tickets! What a lost opportunity! And for what? affleck was stuck on the film being all about him in the leading role and wanted the rights to mine and Jack Kirby's work for nothing. When I and maybe the Kirby Estate said no, how about a few shekels, he just cut us out! Is that a financially a responsible executive decision?
The plan to use a desert-based SCIFI movie as the very basis to get the six Americans out of Iran was totally John Chambers' idea, based upon his recent employment for my film production, Lord of Light; it was John's standing in the film industry (Oscar winner, etc.) -- not Tony Mendez's (affleck's character) -- who up to that point was totally unfamiliar with film business infrastructure (his own admission). Chambers did everything out of patriotism to our country and deserves the credit for this caper he has never publicly received. 

The choice of the name Argo is intriguing. In Greek mythology, the Argo (in Greek: Ἀργώ, meaning 'swift') was the ship on which Jason and the Argonauts sailed from Iolcos to retrieve the Golden Fleece. It was named after its builder, Argus.

But that Kirby's Science Fiction Land was to be at Aurora, Colorado, results in another coincidence, the location of a famed mine near there: The Argo Tunnel. This site was originally called the Newhouse Tunnel (after Salt Lake City mining magnate Samuel Newhouse). It is a 4.16 miles mine drainage and access tunnel with its portal at Idaho Springs, Colorado, not really too far from Aurora. The tunnel intersected nearly all the major gold mines between Idaho Springs and Central City, and is the longest such drainage tunnel in the Central City-Idaho Springs mining district.

There is a documentary in the works about Geller and his attempts to film Lord of Light and the plans for the huge SciFi theme park called ScienceFictionLand, by award-winning documentary director Judd Ehrlich.

Bucky Fuller had an idea to build a domed city (above), also envisioned by Jack Kirby as Science Fiction Land (seen at top). There is also such a city, intriguing named Argo City, appearing in Superman Annual 1, September 1960, by Jerry Siegel (below).

Rumors of War: 2012

Okay, okay. No reason to go overboard. There is no need to think World War III is around the corner, despite what appears to be a blogosphere full of people seemingly hoping it is going to break out any day. Yes, really, that's what I see out there.

But, seriously, these are rough times, with many regional wildfire wars really to spark widespread chaos. 

Of course, I have always found the worse hidden costs of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are the suicides of our returning soldiers - and less documented - the suicides of subcontractors - and the covert mass violence situations from both. But more on that some other day.

Is it going to stop soon? Not if you listen to the prophets of the web....

Cycles: What's Next?

As the Summer of the Gun fades into a Fall of War or an October Surprise event (in Iran, shortly after Israel attacks near the new moons of September 15th or October 15th), we may be then looking at new rounds of shootings next spring. (Of course, others may be correct in saying no hits against the Iranian nuclear facilities will occur at all, or if they do, nothing will happen until next spring, after the US presidential election.)

One becomes keenly aware of the cycles of these phenomena.

Growing violence over the winter of 2005 appeared to predict the coming of a "red danger zone," resulting in the Red Lake Massacre. We should watch closely the indicators forthcoming. I foresaw something happening like that, and wrote of it on March 18, 2005, and it came to pass on March 21, 2005.

Strangely, the Red Lake incident seemed to involve some Bigfoot hints to it. The Randy Lee Tenley event on August 20, 2012, where he dressed ("masked himself") as a Bigfoot to create a hoax, and was struck dead on Highway 93, in Montana, has given many pause to consider "why now"? Nothing like that had ever happened before.

Several threads are coming together, bizarrely.

Venus Transits Sol & Introduces Prometheus

The December 7, 1631 Transit of Venus was followed on December 16th by a violent, unexpected eruption of Mt. Vesuvius beginning around 6:00 am. Vesivius have been inactive for a great deal of time, probably since 1139. During the night of December 16-17, earthquakes occurred every 1-15 minutes. At about 11:00 am on the 17th, a large mass of ash, gas, and stones flowed down all sides of Vesuvius, causing the liquefaction of the mountain. Ten minutes later, a tsunami up to 6 to 15 feet of height hit the coast. By 6:00 pm on December 17th, the decline of activity began, lasting several days. The death toll was variously reported to be 3000 to 6000 deceased individuals in Pompeii and other locations.


A Transit of Venus across the Sun takes place when the planet Venus passes directly between the Sun and Earth, obscuring a small portion of the solar disk. During a transit, Venus can be seen from Earth as a small black disk moving across the face of the Sun. The duration of such transits is usually measured in hours (the transit of 2004 lasted six hours).

The first known observation of a transit of Venus was made by Jeremiah Horrocks from his home at Carr House in Much Hoole, near Preston in England, on December 4, 1639 (November 24th under the Julian calendar then in use in England). His friend, William Crabtree, also observed this transit from Broughton, near Manchester. Horrocks and Crabtree were founding members of "Nos Keplari." Horrocks died mysteriously two years later, at the age of 22.

Charles Mason (1730-1786), astronomer, and Jeremiah Dixon, (1733-1779), surveyor and astronomer, are best known for giving their name to the Mason-Dixon line in the United States of America. But their biographies are interwoven with their viewing of two Transits of Venus in 1761 and 1769.

In 1760 the Royal Society chose Charles Mason to go to Sumatra to observe the 1761 transit of Venus, and, probably on Bird's recommendation, Mason suggested Dixon should go as his assistant. An encounter with a French frigate delayed their final sailing so that they could not reach Sumatra in time. They therefore landed at the Cape of Good Hope, where the transit was successfully observed on 6 June 1761….
Mason and Dixon eventually reached England early in 1762. In August 1763 Mason and Dixon signed an agreement with Thomas Penn and Frederick Calvert, seventh Baron Baltimore [qq.v.], hereditary proprietors of the provinces of Pennsylvania and Maryland, to go to North America to help local surveyors define the disputed boundary between the two provinces. Arriving in Philadelphia with their instruments in November, they began operations before Christmas 1763. When work for the proprietors on what was to become the famous Mason-Dixon line was complete late in 1766, they began on the Royal Society's behalf, at Dixon's suggestion, to measure a degree of the meridian on the Delmarva peninsula in Maryland and to make gravity measurements with a clock sent out by the Society, the same one that Maskelyne had had in St Helena and Dixon took to the Cape in 1761. They reported their task complete on 21 June 1768 and sailed for England on 11 September. Before leaving, they were both admitted as corresponding members of the American Society held in Philadelphia for Promoting Useful Knowledge.
In 1769 Dixon sailed to Norway with William Bayly in the Emerald to make observations of the transit of Venus on 3 June on the Royal Society's behalf. Dixon observed on Hammerfest Island, Bayly at North Cape, about sixty miles apart in case of cloudy weather. They reached England again on 30 July. Dixon returned to Durham, resuming his work as a surveyor. Among places he surveyed at this time were the park of Auckland Castle and Lanchester Common. He died [at age 55] unmarried in Cockfield, county Durham, 22 January 1779.

Mason was employed by the Royal Society during six months in 1769 on an astronomical mission at Cavan in Ireland. He observed the second transit of Venus on 3 June, partial solar eclipse of 4 June, the phenomona of Jupiter's satellites, and in August and September the famous comet which signalised the birth year of Napoleon Bonaparte....He returned to America, and died in Philadelphia in 1787. His journals were almost tossed, also found a certificate of admission into American Society of Philadelphia. After 1882, the next Transit of Venus was not until June 8, 2004. What notable events are associated with that Transit? Days before it occurred, on June 4th, Ronald Reagan, American actor, 40th President of the United States (b. 1911), and officially a Scottish Rite Mason, died. On June 8th, during the Transit, the 30th G8 summit took place on Sea Island, Georgia, USA.


One seemingly strange event was timed exactly for the 2004 Transit of Venus. The heart of the dauphin Louis-Charles, recognized by French royalists as Louis XVII of France, was entombed in the royal crypt of Saint-Denis Basilica outside Paris, 211 years after he perished in the French Revolution. DNA testing had verified the heart as belonging to the son of the guillotined King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette. No French government officials or members of reigning royal families attended the service.



The Year 2004 is perhaps most remembered for one of the worst natural disasters in recorded history, when the strongest earthquake in 40 years hit the entire Indian Ocean region. The massive 9.3 magnitude earthquake, epicentered just off the west coast of the Indonesian island of Sumatra, generated enormous tsunami waves that crashed into the coastal areas of a number of nations including Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Malaysia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Indonesia. The official death toll in the affected countries is recorded as 186,983, while more than 40,000 people are listed as still missing.

For 2012, this Transit will be visible in its entirety from Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, the Pacific and eastern Asia, with the beginning of the Transit visible from North America and the end visible from Europe.

The Transit of Venus will be seen in the USA on June 5, 2012, from about 8 PM EDT until sunset. It will continue be visible during sunrise in the UK on June 6th. The Queen's Diamond Jubilee is on June 2-5, 2012, in the United Kingdom, as noted in "Queen's Diamond Jubilee omens." 

What will truly occur in 2012? 


What you perceive as happening in the wake of this year's Transit of Venus may not be as euphonious as you have heard in various peace-filled and transformational predictions. Well-known astrologer and former psychotherapist Philip Levine of Sirius Astrological Services shared with me his balanced insights about the upcoming Transit of Venus:

It seems like no big deal that Venus is doing this. One hundred five years is a very short time in the life of planets. And this Sun-Venus conjunction is squared by Mars, so all the harmony and money and love and other Venusian things that one might expect have a fairly loud dissenting voice being thrown into the mix, because Mars squares are about hostility, conflict, aggression, and competition. Such a time would seem to be challenging in terms of finding the best mix of these opposing principles.

Venus, Mars, the Sun...thoughts of a human from a company named Sirius? I can't think of a better guide to a more reasonable way to think about this event.

But what will be the most immediate phantasmagoric space-related imagery that directly follows the 2012 Transit of Venus? Indeed, it may be the June 8th opening in the USA of Ridley Scott's Prometheus, which introduces its new mythos for our beginning, graphically. 

Prometheus stole fire from Zeus and gave it to the mortals. What will this movie give to all of us? What will the Transit of Venus presage for tomorrow?

Iran and Preakness: Seven Days In May Again

As I mentioned earlier, Seven Days in May is a tale of the attempted overthrow of the United States of America. The book has been described as realistic, prophetic, and a page-turning tale of conspiracy at the highest political levels. The story is set to a background conflict occurring between Russia and the United States in...Iran.

Both the fictional book (1962) and movie (1964) Seven Days in May, employing twilight language, utilizes coded messages hidden in conversations about horse race betting and the running of the Preakness. So let's play this out.

Now, on the threshold of the Preakness (see here for name game for this moniker), which will run on May 19th, the news is filled with Iran. (But nothing will occur, yet. It is too soon, but the rumors of war are real, nevertheless.)

Iran, officially the Islamic Republic of Iran, 

is a country in Southern and Western Asia.

The name "Iran," which in Persian means "Land of the Aryans,"

Rick Gladstone at the New York Times notes on May 18th that Iran is upset with Google:

Incensed over what it views as a Western-Arab plot, Iran on Thursday threatened to sue Google for deleting the name Persian Gulf from its online mapping service and leaving the body of water nameless. Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, was quoted by the state-run news media as saying that Iran had already warned Google of possible legal action and “serious damages” if the Persian Gulf was not identified as such.

Also, on Friday, the Jerusalem Post reports on the "Iranian threat": 

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Friday dismissed a new surge of optimism in the international community that Iran might be prepared to halt its nuclear program.
"I have seen no evidence whatsoever that Iran is serous about stopping its nuclear weapons program," Netanyahu said at the tail end of his meeting in Prague with the president of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Klaus."...
"Iran is good at playing this chess game. They know that sometimes you have to sacrifice a pawn to save the King," Netanyahu said.

But finally, a hint of the future may be in the new silence discussed also on Friday, at ynetnews:

Reuters tries to explain Israeli officials' silence on possible Iran strike. 'They've gone into lockdown mode now,' senior Western diplomat says. 'Whatever happens next, we won't find out until it happens.'

In news published already on Saturday, May 19, 2012 in The Australian, we have this "Hands off Syria and Iran: Russia":

Russia has made clear it will not support any Western military intervention in Syria or Iran, warning that such a course could lead to nuclear war. In Moscow's strongest declaration to date, Russian Prime Minister Dimitry Medvedev said the two countries should be allowed to sort out their own affairs, signaling that the Kremlin's resistance to any intervention was hardening.

The when is not going to happen in the spring. Look to an fall mission, even an October surprise.

And where will the first strike occur? The answer there more certain.

Probably at the Iranian nuclear facility at Fordu, Fordo, or Fordow (Persian: فردو‎, also Romanized as Fordū and Fardū; also known as Ferdows):

Fordo is a village in Fordu Rural District, Kahak District, Qom County, Qom Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, Fordo's population was 732, in 230 families.

Fordo, Fordu, Furdu or Fardu is a village with more than 100 houses, at the headwaters of the Furdu river, and a Kuhistan subdivision of Qom. Fordo is 26 miles to the south of Qom. Fordo is situated in a deep glen between Hasan Aqa and Furdu peaks. Fordo's sheep are celebrated for their milk.

Fordo is located near the deeply holy city of Qom. Qom is considered holy by Shi`a Islam, as it is the site of the shrine of Fatema Mæ'sume, sister of Imam `Ali ibn Musa Rida (Persian Imam Reza, 789–816 AD). The city is the largest center for Shi'a scholarship in the world, and is a significant destination of pilgrimage. Iran's Cultural Heritage Organization lists 195 sites of historical and cultural significance in Qom.

The Village of Fordo is believed to have the largest percentage of fighters killed in the Iran–Iraq War, lasting from September 1980 to August 1988.

In September 2009, it was revealed that Iran had placed a second uranium enrichment plant near the village of Fordo, that was carved into a mountainside south of Tehran. Google Maps satellite images (see above) for the Fordo site can be found at coordinates 34.885649,50.99669. Images zoomed to the 20 meter level show a large double fence perimeter border erected around the site with towers located every 25 meters. Six 10 meter wide entry portals to the underground complex are located within the fenced area, as well as several buildings, the largest of which is approximately 5500 square meters.

Why is there a rush to attack the Fordo plant? Because, apparently, the Iranians are working to bury it under that nearby mountainside.

An archaic English definition of "fordo" is "to do away with," "destroy," and "to ruin."

The favorite horse for the Preakness? Bodemeister. [Update: Bodemeister came in 2nd. I'll Have Another, who won the Kentucky Derby and also won the Preakness. is owned by John Paul Reddam.]

Bodemeister is co-owned by Zayat Stables, founded by Ahmed Zayat who was born in Cairo, Egypt. At the age of 18, he moved from Egypt to the United States. He got his Master's degrees in business and public health from Boston University and Harvard University. He currently lives in Teaneck, New Jersey with his wife Joanne and his four children, and has residences in New York, Egypt and London. While working for Heineken International, Ahmed Zayat created a non-alcoholic beverage enterprise called the Al Ahram Beverages Company. He sold the product to Heineken International for about 280 million dollars after turning it into the largest beverage manufacturer and distributor in the Middle East.

Bodemeister's other co-owner? Southern Equine Stables in Lafayette, Louisiana, owned by Michael Moreno, who moved from Houston to Lafayette in 2007. Moreno owns and runs Dynamic Industries, Inc., an oil and gas company, with ties to projects in Nigeria, Angola, Venezuela, and Trinidad.

The race is afoot.
